Izushi Sarasoba

Soba buckwheat noodles are served on an Izushi earthenware plate, with spices and soup stock in an earthenware sake bottle. Made in the traditional way, this soba dish has a wonderful, simple taste.

The wall to the right is a trophy wall.  I believe minimum soba plates you need to eat is around 30.

Extremely crazy knowing i barely got through 10!

Making the soba sauce. Soy, raw egg and spring onions.
