Samgyeopsal

Even though i was sick i had to eat Samgyeopsal and drink soju and somaek (mix beer with soju ^_^ ).
Yesterday was a feat! Korean pancake, drinks, lots of sides, fatty slices of bacon, vegetables, jjigae, raw garlic, lettuce (sangchu), perilla leaves.







We had both dipping sauce the traditional gireumjang which is salt and seasame oil.











The other is ssamjang, which is a mix of gochujang (chilli paste), doenjang (soy bean paste), sesame oil and other secret ingredients. Each restaurant has their blend.
