Busan Jokbal & Ohyangjangyuk

A famous Busan dish. It is local to Busan.
Ohyangjangyuk a dish of thin sliced pork mixed with a sauce made from garlic, soy sauce, starch syrup, sugar and vinegar.













Jokbal is a dish made of pig’s feet boiled with herbal medicine ingredients such as cinnamon bark.
